Sarah is a Qualifier Irish Dance Teacher (TCRG) along with being Secretary of the Australian Irish Dance Association NSW Branch.

She began Irish dancing at age 11 and was a world qualifier who has competed at State & National level in Australia.

Sarah now brings her passion and love of Irish dancing to all of her students. Since passing her teachers exam in 2012, Sarah has had her students compete at the highest level of Irish dancing, not only here in Australia with dancers placing in the top ten at the Australian International Oireachtas and the Australian National Championships every year, but also had dancers compete all over the world including the past 6 World Championships. Sarah has also enjoyed Ceili dancing success, winning multiple State Championship titles and taking top ten placings at the Australian National Championships.

Whist being successful is always something to strive for, Sarah believes that the overall health and happiness of her students is paramount, and her continual goal is to give a rich experience of Irish Dancing to all students and to provide the professional training required for those dancers who wish to reach their Irish Dancing dreams, whatever those dreams may be.

Sarah describes the highlight of her dancer career as performing in the opening ceremony for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and the highlight of teaching career is a tie between watching two of her students performing in their first professional show in 2019 and winning the NSW State Girls Two hand in 2018.

We welcome Sarah to The Edge Dance Centre as part of the Rince le Nor teaching team in 2020.
